Industry Update: Komatsu’s Newberry Facility Marks 25 Years
ToolTitans Jobsite News • October 7, 2026
Komatsu reported on October 5 that its Newberry Manufacturing Operation in South Carolina is marking 25 years. Employees, dealer partners, elected officials, and community members gathered on October 2, and the event included demonstrations of machines manufactured at the facility.
What this means for buyers
Manufacturing and dealer support are part of the equipment picture alongside price and specifications. This announcement is a facility milestone, not a product launch or a statement about inventory or delivery times, so contractors should still confirm current availability directly with their suppliers.
